Caregiver Integrated Care: Health Digital Literacy for Caregivers

Health Digital Literacy is the ability to find, understand, and use online tools like websites or apps to make decisions about your health.

Are you a caregiver? This means you provide help to a loved one or friend with tasks such as assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing), administering medications, or coordinating medical appointments.

Are you interested in learning more about the various ways digital platforms can help you in your personal life or in your role caring for a loved one or friend? Please fill out this survey if you would like to enroll in an upcoming course.

We offer both in-person and virtual attendance.
