Lee Holsopple

Lee Holsopple is a strategic fundraising professional with over 30 years of progressive experience in complex organizations including comprehensive campaigns and major gift/principal gift closures. A collaborative partner with strong communication skills, Lee emphasizes her commitment to relationship building as the base for her work with the Elizabeth Dole Foundation as the Vice President for Individual Major Gifts.

She has held key positions at institutions such as American University, The George Washington University, WETA Public Broadcasting, the University of Washington, and Penn State University.

Lee earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Old Dominion University where she serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Board for the College of Arts and Letters.

Originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania, Lee resides in Springfield, Virginia with her fiancé, Ed, her dogs, Murray and Bailey, and her cat, Baines.  She is a Baltimore Orioles fan, is obsessed with British crime dramas, and plays in a local pinball league.
