Pavel Sullivan

Pavel Sullivan serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, where he oversees day to day operations, financial accounting and reporting. Pavel has also held positions as EDF’s Chief of Staff, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Development.

Prior to joining the Foundation 12 years ago, Pavel was the Associate Director of Annual Giving & Donor Relations for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra in Rochester, NY. Rochester is also home to the Eastman School of Music, where Pavel studied classical piano and graduated with distinction with a degree in Music Education.

Most importantly, Eastman is where he met this future wife and fellow musician, Sarah. When they're not singing as members of the Westminster Presbyterian Church Choir, they enjoy visiting as many museums as they can fit into an afternoon. They currently live in Alexandria, Virginia and have two amazing children, Wendy and Parker, and a spitfire Shiba Inu named Lucy.
