Ryan Haviland

Ryan serves as the Director of Data and Technology for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation. She previously served as the Senior Manager of Data and Technology Systems, where she oversaw all elements of the Foundation’s database systems. Prior to joining the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, Ryan worked at the Smithsonian American Art Museums as Programs Data Specialist. She enjoys telling stories with data and using her skills to help her team fulfill their mission.

Ryan was raised in Portland, Oregon and attended the University of Oregon where she graduated with a dual degree in History and Psychology. She then attended Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts and earned a master’s degree in History. She is a Fulbright recipient and holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Drexel University.
